How do I update my emergency details?

Log into your dashboard at emergitag.me/dashboard. Navigate to "My Profile" to edit any of your emergency details. Changes are saved immediately and go live on your public profile.

How do I get my QR code?

From your dashboard, click "Download QR Code". You can print it at home, order a wristband, or have it printed on a card to keep in your wallet.

What happens if I forget to renew?

If a payment fails, your account enters a "past due" state and you receive an email notification. Your profile remains accessible for a grace period. If not resolved, the account is suspended until payment is made.

Can I add family members later?

If you are on a Family or Extended Family plan, you can add members from your dashboard at any time, up to your plan limit.

Is there a free trial?

We do not currently offer a free trial, but the signup fee is very low and you can cancel your subscription at any time after your first month.

How does the loyalty programme work?

You earn points every time your subscription renews (10 points for monthly, 25 for annual) and for every successful referral (50 points). 100 points = a R1 billing credit. Redeem from the Loyalty page in your dashboard.

What information can first responders see?

Only the fields you have toggled "on" in your dashboard are visible on your public emergency profile. You can change this at any time.

Is my data safe?

All personal account data is encrypted and protected. Only your public emergency profile fields are accessible to the public. We comply with POPIA.
