Our Mission
Emergitag was born from a simple but urgent reality: every year, thousands of South Africans are involved in accidents, medical emergencies, or crises where they cannot communicate. Critical minutes pass while paramedics try to identify a patient, locate next-of-kin, or determine whether someone is allergic to a medication.
We built Emergitag to bridge that gap. A single QR code or link, worn or carried, can give first responders everything they need to act quickly and correctly.

We are a proudly South African company. Our platform is designed with local realities in mind — medical aid schemes, POPI Act compliance, and the realities of emergency response in our country. Pricing is set in Rands, and we partner with South African payment providers to make subscribing simple.
Privacy & Security
Your personal account and all data you enter is fully private and encrypted. The only information ever made public is what you explicitly choose to share on your emergency profile — and you can toggle individual fields on or off at any time. We are fully compliant with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
