Can I change my plan later?

Yes β€” you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

Is my information safe?

Your personal account details are private and encrypted. Only your public emergency profile (the fields you choose to share) is accessible via your unique URL.

What is the Family plan?

One payment covers up to 6 family members. Each member gets their own emergency profile and unique URL β€” perfect for covering your whole household.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard with no penalties. Your profile remains active until the end of your paid period.
