  • Emergency profile data you voluntarily enter (contacts, medical information).
  • Payment information processed securely by Paystack (we never store card details).
  • Usage data and cookies for platform analytics and security.

How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and maintain the Emergitag service.
  • To display your emergency profile (only fields you choose to make visible).
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To communicate important account and service information.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Emergency profile data is displayed publicly only for the fields you explicitly enable. We share data with trusted service providers (Supabase, Paystack) solely to operate the service.

By using Emergitag.me, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Subscriptions & Payments

A once-off registration fee and a recurring monthly or annual subscription fee apply per plan. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; your profile remains active until the end of the paid period.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. Emergitag is a personal data storage platform and does not provide medical advice. We are not liable for decisions made by third parties based on your emergency profile.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our retention policy.

POPIA Compliance

Emergitag.me complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act 4 of 2013 (South Africa).

Your Rights Under POPIA

  • Right to access your personal information held by us.
  • Right to correct inaccurate information.
  • Right to request deletion of your data.
